Smoked Teriyaki Tuna Steak

Sink your teeth in this delicious piece of tuna steak, which is great for the weekdays, but beautiful enough for the weekends. The strong taste of the tuna compliments the savory taste of the teriyaki really well. 

For this recipe, we use the CookPerfect Wireless Thermometer

 

Ingredients:

  • 200-250 g tuna steak
  • 1 chili
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. sesame
  • Teriyaki
  • Garden cress for decoration
  • Salt and pepper

 

Method:

Step 1: Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Finely chop the chili, garlic, and ginger, and mix it together with teriyaki and sesame in a bowl.

Step 3: Turn the grill on 90℃ indirect heat and add wood chips.

Step 4: Insert the CookPerfect Wireless thermometer in the tuna steak and set the app to 45℃.
