Herb & Parmesan Crusted Salmon Recipe

Make this delicious parmesan-crusted salmon in less than 20 minutes. It is a simple but very tasty dish with salmon, which makes it ideal for weekdays but impressive enough for weekends. The crust on the fish gives a nice finishing touch that leaves you wanting more.
For this recipe, we use the CookPerfect Wireless Thermometer.
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (approx. 100 g each)
- 50 g grated parmesan
- 20 g curly parsley
- 20 g panko bread crumbs
- The juice from half a lemon
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 egg
- Dill for garnish
- Salt & pepper
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for the herb and parmesan crust.
Step 2: Use a multichopper to mix the ingredients
Step 3: Pulse until the ingredients resemble a coarse crumble.
Step 4: Season the salmon with salt and pepper, and top it with the herb and parmesan breading.
Step 5: Insert the CookPerfect Wireless thermometer in the salmon. Set the timer to 58℃ for the grill or 150℃ for the oven.
Step 6: Let the salmon rest for 5-10 min before serving.
Step 7: Garnish with dill, oil, and rock salt.
